Nia Griffith MP was among the guests on Saturday night at a Murder Mystery Dinner organised at the Stradey Park Hotel by the Llanelli Branch of Cancer Research UK.

Commenting on the evening Nia Griffith MP said,

“Once again Jayne Howarth and her team have made a fantastic effort to bring us all together to raise funds for Cancer Research UK.  This was an evening with a difference as we were treated to an excellent performance by the Phoenix Theatre Group of a murder mystery story located on the SS Tatiana, which left us all puzzling as to who the murderer was.

Also doing his bit for the cause was the Rev Eldon Phillips who was dressed up as Charlie Chaplin and surprised us all by managing to remain silent for over two and a half hours and consequently collected a good bucketful of cash. Well done everyone for all your hard work”
