I’ve organised a special Advice and Information Drop-In Day tomorrow between 10am and 4pm, at Burry Port Memorial Hall, Parc-y-Minos Street, Burry Port, SA16 0BN, to make it easier for local residents to get the guidance and support they need.
A variety of local organisations will be there to offer free, confidential advice on a wide range of issues, including:
benefits and income support (including Pension Credit and other entitlements)
housing and council services
wellbeing support
home repairs and adaptions
debt support
utility bills
No appointment needed — simply drop in at a time that suits you between 10am and 4pm.
If it’s busy, you may need to wait briefly to be seen, but advisers will be available throughout the day.
