Pleasure to join Llanelli Community Heritage group on Saturday to unveil the renewed Old Castle information board, with its wealth of information on the industrial history of this part of Llanelli.
See it as you follow the cycle track up from people’s park onto the bridge over the coast road to Sandy Water Park, and when CCC have cut back the undergrowth, you‘ll be able to match up the actual sites with the information on the board.
A huge thank you to Llanelli Community Heritage for all their work since 2004 researching and placing some 57 blue plaques and 22 information boards… a real asset to the town.
