The biggest upgrade to workers’ rights in a generation is back in Parliament this week.
Tory and Reform MPs oppose the Employment Rights Bill but I’ll be voting for:
Day one rights
Expanding sick pay to 1.3m of the lowest earners
Banning Fire & Rehire and exploitative zero-hours contracts
Strengthening parental leave
