Several constituents of mine have been caught up in this saga which has taken many years of hard work and pressure to resolve. Current and former Roadchef employees and their loved ones deserved to be treated far better.
The fact that this has taken so long for HMRC to rectify is scandalous.
Funds must now be distributed in a prompt and timely way.
