With the Prime Minister just coming back from COP27, I reminded him that the Welsh Labour Government is investing in on-shore wind, thus reducing emissions, increasing energy security and using the profit for public good, and asked him when he will lift the ban on on-shore wind in England and invest in this, the cheapest form of renewable energy.
