Big thank you to all who helped make the Ukrainian fundraiser at EJ’s Cafe, Bar & Restaurant a success on Saturday, but especially to Y5 pupils at Ysgol Pen Rhos who read out very moving poems they had written, Cor Curiad for beautiful singing, Paolo, Stella, Llanelli Multicultural Network and Llanelli Rotary Club who have collected nearly £14,000 in a month to help Ukrainian refugees…. Money they can get to where it is needed through their Rotary International network, & many thanks to everyone who has contributed.
