After Tory UK Government much-criticised wasteful spend of £37bn on private contract for test and trace in England, Chancellor needs to act to stop this happening again, & should wherever practicable consider public sector for delivery of similar services.
In contrast, on test, trace and protect, Welsh Labour Government worked in partnership with local councils and delivered a more efficient service.
