Yesterday in Parliament, along with fellow MPs, I questioned the policing minister in light of appalling bungled Met investigation into murders of 4 gay men.
With gay hate crime rising, we got alarming complacency from Minister: unbelievable that he is refusing to consider proper inquiry into homophobia in police forces across the country, and he could not even answer me on what new guidelines have been issued since these tragic events and whether they are being effectively followed.
