Rainbows and rainbow colours have featured on the winners of this year’s competition to design our joint MP and MS Christmas Card.

Lee Waters MS and I were delighted that three local key workers were happy to judge the many excellent entries. They were Debbie Rees, support worker at T? Morlais, Shannon Jenkins, staff nurse at Prince Philip, and Nathan Evans, manager of the Co-op in Burry Port.

Infants – Rainbow Christmas tree design by Mia Emoka (Ysgol Llannon).

Juniors – a rainbow design celebrating key workers by Megan-Lily Killick (Swiss Valley Primary School).

The winning designs will be featured on the MP’s and MS’s Christmas cards and framed copies will be given to the pupils and their schools. The schools will also receive a cash prize courtesy of Llanelli-based Parker Plant Hire Ltd.
