The COVID-19 crisis has been unsettling for everyone but it is particularly worrying for those who are at risk of domestic abuse during this lockdown period.

Domestic abuse can include, but is not limited to, physical violence, coercive control, emotional abuse, sexual abuse and verbal abuse.

Whatever the circumstances, there is never any excuse for this behaviour.

Help is at hand via text, web chat, email and even silent phone calls to the police for anyone who is at risk and the Welsh Labour Government has set aside extra investment to deal with the additional demand at this time.
