I recently had the opportunity to visit Llanelli Men’s Shed, or Sospan Shedders as they call themselves, in their new premises next door to the taxi office outside Llanelli Station.
The main purpose of the group is social, with a warm welcome to all. But they like keeping busy, and are using their carpentry workshop facilities to make a range of items which they now have the space to display in their yard.
They meet on Fridays between 10am and 4pm at The Warehouse (opposite the Coffee Pot by Llanelli Station on Great Western Crescent, SA15 2RN)… To find out more, contact stephenricketts71@gmail.com
