Congratulations to Ray Hobbs of Burry Port for completing his degree and for his very thought-provoking photography exhibition at the M.A.D.E. Community Café in Cardiff that I had the pleasure of opening this week.
It was a privilege to hear from some of the subjects of the photos, and to see how Ray has expressed the thoughts and feelings of his subjects in the way he has chosen the content of the photos. They certainly highlight the positive impact of the Men’s Sheds movement, and it was encouraging to hear Gareth from the Older People’s commission talk about taking Ray’s work on tour in a bus to inspire others.
