It was a real privilege for us to have Labour Leader Jeremy Corbyn MP visiting Trostre steelworks in Llanelli and then speaking at our sell-out fundraising dinner in Burry Port. He gave a great speech, inspiring us with his vision and reminding us why it is so vital that we get Labour candidates elected at all levels, so we can make a difference to people’s lives. After his speech, he was very generous with his time, making time to have genuine conversations with party members and supporters. Many thanks to all those who supported the event, and, in particular, to Suzy Curry and her helpers, Rose Emery and Janet Ware whose dogged determination made it all happen.
