Pupils at Heol Goffa have been busy designing a Christmas Card for Nia to use this Christmas. When Nia visited the school on Friday to see the designs pupils had produced, she said, “It was really difficult to choose just one design to be my card, because, not only was the standard very high, but I really liked so many of them and they were all clear, bold pictures that would make excellent cards.
In the end I managed to whittle it down to six brilliant designs, and then enlisted the help of an expert to choose the winner. The winning design was drawn by Neil Price and his picture will be used as my Christmas Card design, and small pictures of the runners-up will be featured on the back of the card. The runners – up were Sarina Hague, Jordan Edwards, Emily Stagg, Adam Muldoon and Elizabeth Allen. I am really grateful to the pupils and staff for all their help.”
