Many thanks to everyone who responded to our consultation about the appalling traffic on Sandy Road. At long last we’ve had a response from the County Council, but their tweaks to the phasing of the lights are clearly not making enough of a difference.
The tailbacks are still completely unacceptable and the Council must do more. Lee and I will keep pressing them to improve the situation and ensure that there is proper traffic modelling for any new developments
