Again this year I marked Earth Hour at 8.30 last night by joining with others across the world in switching off lights, and I even kept off the phone and iPad too!
It’s easy to get complacent on climate change and environmental issues so I think it’s important to give ourselves new little challenges.
My latest is going back to the good old fashioned thermos flask or thermos mug to cut down on using single use plastic cups… especially relevant to me as I travel to and from London so much.
I also decided to switch to an electric car, which is a real incentive for me to campaign for more vehicle charging points here in rural Wales.
