Delighted to join the train ride celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Heart of Wales Line. I joined the train at Llangennech, then Cllr Deryk Cundy joined us at Bynea and we were met by Cllrs John Prosser, Suzy Curry and Andre McPherson along with Town Mayor Jeff Edmunds and Deputy Mayor Louvain Roberts in Llanelli.
Then I had the pleasure of opening the £500,000 investment by Arriva in Llanelli Station, including smart new waiting rooms, toilets and customer information systems.
