As Labour’s Shadow Defence Secretary, I’ve been holding the Government to account for their shambolic management of the defence budget which is putting our national security at risk.
I used defence questions and an urgent question about the Government’s National Security Capability Review to highlight the damage done by Tory cuts.
It’s time for the Tories to get a grip and to make sure we have the resources to deal with the wide range of threats we face, from conventional threats to terrorism and cyber attacks.
