Nia had the honour of meeting Cai Thompson from Coleg Sir Gar when he came up to Westminster to attend the BTEC Awards ceremony as the UK winner of the Sector Award in Media. He is pictured here with Nia and his tutor Richard Lewis of Coleg Sir Gar.
Nia said “This is an outstanding achievement to be the overall UK winner, and I offer my warmest congratulations to Cai, and to the college staff who helped him achieve this. I wish Cai every success in his future career – I gather he is already making a name for himself in Cardiff.”
