Nia has been to Eastleigh to help Labour’s by-election candidate John O’Farrell on the campaign trail. Listening to people on the doorstep, Nia commented,
“People are really feeling their incomes squeezed, and with Britain losing its AAA rating and borrowing going up, the two government parties – Tories and Lib Dems are losing their credibility on the economy. What we desperately need now, whether here in Eastleigh or home in Llanelli is a budget which kick-starts growth.”
